BYU Football Player Sets School Receiving Record

BYU receiver Cody Hoffman will never forget the game in which he passed Dennis Pitta for the most receptions in school history and tied Austin Collie for the most touchdown receptions at a school that has thrown the football around a little bit in the last half-century. Hoffman caught seven passes for 156 yards and a touchdown in BYU’s 47-46 win over Houston on Saturday at Reliant Stadium. He is the new BYU’s all-time receptions leader with 228 Receptions.
